Summer cooking: Grilling and fresh, local food

Listen 00:48:43

Guests: Joe Carroll and Josh Lawler

Let’s get the summer started. Fire up those grills and think fresh vegetables and fruits. Today on Radio Times we’re talking about summer cooking – what to serve for yourself, your family or a crowd. JOE CARROLL, chef and owner of Fette Sau, is a master when it comes to barbeque and dry-rubbed meats sourced from small local farms. Chef JOSHUA LAWLER, owner of Farm and the Fisherman and Farm and Fisherman Tavern and Market, is all about local, sustainable ingredients. They’re joining guest host Mary Cummings-Jordan today as we kick off Summer 2015 talking about good things to eat.
