Stemming the crisis in Ukraine

Pro-Russian separatists occupying government buildings in Ukraine are defying an international deal to “de-escalate” the country’s crisis.  Last week, Russia, Ukraine, the United States and the European Union reached an agreement to stem Ukraine’s growing violence.  The pact included the disarming of illegal groups and an amnesty for protestors.  We explore the strength of the Geneva pact, Putin’s relationship with the West and Ukraine’s future, with Angela Stent, Director of Eurasian, Russian and East European Studies at Georgetown University and author of The Limits of Partnership: US-Russia Relations in the Twenty-First Century and Charles Kupchan, Senior Fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations.  And we’ll have the latest from Moscow with NPR’s Corey Flintoff.
