A Philadelphia court hosts a courtroom to help the city clear out a backlog of bench warrants.  A Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia study says most longtime residents don’t leave when their neighborhood gentrifies, thanks to tax relief programs.   We look at racial disparities in the disenrollment practices in school districts in the Pennsylvania suburbs.
