Yesterday’s mid-term elections featured important and down-to-the-wire contests in each of the Delaware Valley three states. Pennsylvania’s General Assembly was up for grabs, in addition to nationally watched races for governor, U.S. Senator and congressional contests. Philadelphia Daily News columnist JOHN BAER will discuss those races with Marty first. Across the river, South Jersey was riveted by the 3rd Congressional District matchup between Democratic incumbent John Adler and former Eagle and Tea Party Republican Jon Runyan. Montclair State political scientist BRIGID CALLAHAN HARRISON will discuss that race with Marty. And in Delaware, the U.S. Senate campaign that introduced Tea Party Republican Christine O’Donnell to the national stage in her race against Democrat Chris Coons will be the topic for LINDSAY HOFFMAN of the University of Delaware’s Center for Political Communication.
