Baby Boomers remember the Spencer Tracy Kathryn Hepburn movie Desk Set – their characters clash over a giant computer and its place in the office. Today the clash is often between millennials who have grown up in this digital age and boomers who could never have foreseen the changes these devices bring. Today we’ll discuss the forces in the workplace that can cause conflict especially as older workers stay in their careers longer and work with younger individuals who have a completely different life history.
