    When Pennsylvania’s Office of Open Records was established in 2008, attorney Terry Mutchler was appointed to serve as it’s first executive director.

    She joined NewsWorks Tonight to open the doors on how to navigate the state’s right-to-know law.

    Mutchler breaks down the progress that has been made since the office opened and what work still needs to be done.
