Thought to be missing, Cape May sailor spotted in Wildwood after hurricane

The parents of Falcon Riley became worried last week when they hadn’t heard from their son after Hurricane Irene. They last heard from him in Cape May where he was on a sailboat.

The 23-year-old was reported missing Thursday by his parents, but the Press of Atlantic City reports the family is no longer worried now that some things have been cleared up.

Riley was spotted Tuesday — after the hurricane but before his family reported him missing — in Wildwood. He reportedly told a storeowner there he was heading to Cape Cod later that day and would be out of touch until he arrives.
