    First Lady Carla Markell is calling on Delawareans to make 2012 a year of service. Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) and the Department of Health and Social Services (DHSS) are joining Mrs. Markell and have two websites set up to help you find volunteer opportunities and service projects — DNREC’s “Get Involved” and DHSS’s “Volunteer Delaware.”
