Teenager wounded in Frankford shooting

A 15-year-old was rushed to Temple University Hospital this morning following a shooting in Frankford.

Police responded to a call about a shooting around 9 a.m. near Granite and Jackson streets. There, they found the teenager with gunshot wounds to the neck and back. He remains in serious condition.

Details about the shooting remain unclear.
