A teenage girl was raped Friday night on the 3400-block of Hess Street while walking home from Ramp playground.
Around 9 p.m., the 16-year-old was grabbed and forced into the yard of a nearby abandoned property where she was raped. The attacker claimed to be the girl’s boyfriend during the assault, but the victim told police she did not recognize him.
CBS3 reportedly the story exclusively, and few other details have been released. The suspect is described as a tall, thin black male who was wearing a white hoodie at the time. He drove off in a white pickup truck with a ladder on top.
