Sustainable Saturday teaches homebrewing and composting

    After one workshop and a $20 pound of worms, you’ll be on your way Saturday with worm composting know-how.

    It’s part of University City’s Sustainable Saturdays series, and if you’d rather not play with worms, there’s plenty else to learn about.

    This month’s event also includes a tamer composting workshop, edible mushroom-growing tips and homebrewing. The day begins at 9 a.m. and coincides with the Clark Park Farmers Market, open until 2 p.m.
