Downtown Hammonton is getting its arts adventure on again with the second annual New Jersey Fringe Festival.
Jersey Fringe is a three-day event featuring 12 avant-garde theatrical productions atnine different venues centered around its hub, the historical Eagle Theatre. All venues arewithin walking distance from one another.
The productions take on subjects such as the limits of Time, American education system misfits, religious radicalism and bias, local politics, social media relationships, and Craigslist ads. On the darker side, there are even explorations into the minds of stalker Ricardo López and serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer.
Besides the scheduled productions, the downtown streets will be lined with numerous free pop-up art experiences, live musicians, plus art and food vendors as well as a beer and wine garden.
One-day ($19) or all-access weekend ($39) passes allow access to all scheduled productions.
