Snow cancels port meeting
Diamond State Port Corporation meeting postponed due to snow.
Board members at the port were scheduled to meet at the Buena Vista Conference Center in New Castle, but this morning’s snowy conditions forced a closure of Route 13 near Buena Vista. The meeting will be rescheduled in the near future.
