SEPTA GM reflects on a tough July, braces for a hectic fall

    SEPTA Regional Rail commuters have been dealing with service cutbacks and delays since just before the July Fourth weekend. That’s when the authority discovered structural problems with its fleet of Silverliner V rail cars.

    Now more than a month later, we’re learning that service will be restored in full, but not before the fall work and school season gets underway.
