Prices at the pumps tumble in Delaware

There is a silver lining in the cloud of economic uncertainty:  gas prices are continuing to fall in Delaware.

AAA Mid-Atlantic says gas was selling for an average of $3.59 a gallon as of the start of this week, down 11-cents from the previous week.  Crude oil prices fluctuated during the week, which also brought a roller-coaster ride on Wall Street amid uncertainty over the nation’s credit rating.   “Should this trend continue, post-Labor Day gas prices could be in the $3.25 to $3.50 per gallon range, and perhaps as low as $3.00 per gallon in some areas,” said AAA Mid-Atlantic Public Affairs Specialist Jana Tidwell.  CLICK HERE to track gas prices in Delaware with AAA’s Fuel Finder.
