Philadelphia’s schools, behind the facade

Without a significant infusion of money for Philadelphia’s schools, the betrayal of our children will be complete.

The Philadelphia schools will open in the fall without paper, new books, counselors, clubs, librarians, secretaries, assistant principals, athletics, music, art, aids or support staff. There’s no money of course, but it would be entirely appropriate for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvanis to commission Robert Indiana to sculpt a twin for his famous LOVE statue: DISGRACE.
