Pa. Senate passes bills to alert ICE of crimes, restrict bail options for some defendants

Immigration enforcement agents arrested Mahmoud Khalil, a permanent U.S. resident who is married to an American citizen, in New York on Saturday.

The small police department in Delaware County reached out to federal agencies for help in executing a search warrant on Race Street.

“The truth is, Moshannon is a place where they don’t treat you like an immigrant," said one former detainee, "but as if you were a criminal."
