No testimony from Ravi in Clementi web cam-spying trial

The Defense has come to rest in the Tyler Clementi web cam-spying cast without any testimony from Dharun Ravi.

Ravi is on trial for 15 counts of invasion of privacy, bias intimidation and hindering apprehension.

The trial is the result of Ravi’s use of a web cam to allegedly spy on Clementi, his Rutgers University roommate in. Clementi committed suicide days later.

Ravi is not charged in relation to Clementi’s death, but for the possible invasion of privacy. Both sides have called all the witnesses, leaving only closing arguments before Ravi’s fate is in the hands of jurors.
