A Northwood man has been arrested for the March shooting deaths of two North Philadelphia teenagers. Thirty-one-year-old Christopher Lloyd Butler of the 1300-block of Filmore Street is one of two suspects charged with murder [Action News].

An early morning fire in Torresdale Tuesday appears to be intentional. Authorities believe a man set fire to his car on the 3500-block of Primrose Street around 1:30 a.m. after a domestic dispute. The fire spread to the home and caused significant damage [CBS3].

A Northwest Philadelphia teenager was killed in Frankford Monday hours before a Hollywood movie began shooting nearby. Eighteen-year-old Robert Sneed was killed on the 1900-block of Kinsey Street as a Colin Farrell movie set up shop in the Globe Dye Works building two blocks away [Northeast Times].

A Holmesburg woman has been charged with threatening U.S. Sen. Bob Casey. Ruby Marconi is charged with making threatening phone calls to the Pennsylvania senator’s office in September. A psychological evaluation found her competent to stand trial [Daily News].

A 7-year-old girl was rushed to Children’s Hospital last night after being struck by a motorcycle. The girl was riding a scooter on the 9200-block of Annapolis Road in Academy Gardens when she was hit. The driver stayed at the scene [CBS3].
