National Girl Scout leader speaks at Wilmington Rotary

National Girl Scouts CEO Anna Maria Chávez is in Wilmington as part of the groups celebration of the Girl Scout’s 100th anniversary.  Chávez will speak at this afternoon’s Wilmington Rotary Club meeting at the Hotel duPont about the evolution of the Girl Scout organization and the importance of creating leadership opportunities for women.
