Music from the radio play ‘Come, They Told Me’

"Les Haricots Verts were in rare form, J.J. wringing magic from the squeeze box, Mike sawing the fiddle as though the devil was on his tail, Wick working the frottoir, Tim wailing the vocals." (Tony Auth/for NewsWorks)

Music is at the heart of Sam Long’s life as he struggles to find ways to cope during the holiday season with the loss of his wife. So it stands to reason that music is also at the heart of WHYY’s radio play, “Come, They Told Me,” written by Chris Satullo, directed by Elisabeth Perez-Luna and engineered by Charlie Kaier.
