Low clouds delaying flights into Philadelphia

Flights into Philadelphia International Airport are being delayed an average of more than 90 minutes due to bad weather and low clouds.

The flight-tracking website FlightAware reports 52 Philadelphia-bound flights were delayed and 25 were cancelled Tuesday morning.

The site says departing flights are also affected, with 24 flights delayed and 21 flights cancelled as of 9 a.m.

The National Weather Service says clouds were as low as 600 feet.
