Holme Circle man charged with Temple University crash
Charges have been filed against a Holme Circle man for the crash that critically injured a Temple University student.
Ivan Pauline of the 2900-block of Welsh Road is charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, and reckless endangerment. He was reportedly under the influence when he struck a pedestrian Sunday night at Broad Street and Montgomery Avenue on the university’s campus. The student’s name has not been released.
