Fire at New Jersey warehouse should be out by Tuesday

A fire that has been burning since last week at a New Jersey warehouse is expected to be extinguished by today.

The fire sparked inside of the former Burry Biscuit factory on Newark Avenue in Elizabeth on Wednesday and eventually grew to an eight alarm fire.

The Star-Ledger reports fire officials have confined the fire to the center of the quarter-mile-long building and plan to have it out today.

Firefighters were not able to enter the building due to structural damage from the fire.
