FBI issues alert in search of father of deceased New Jersey toddler
The FBI has issued a crime alert as part of the search for Arthur Morgan III.
Morgan is charged with killing his 2-year-old daughter, whose body was found in a Monmouth County, N.J., park last Tuesday. Tierra Morgan was found dead after her father failed to return with her form a court-approved visit.
The Associated Press reports Morgan, also known as Arthur E. Morgan, Arthur Glover Morgan, Arthur Glover, Eugene Rossi, Arthur Morgan III, Arthur Morgan, and Arthur Eugene Morgan, has ties to Texas and California.
Anyone with information on Morgan is asked to call the local FBI office or the nearest American Embassy.
