Delaware Salvation Army bell-ringers begin annual kettle fundraising drive
It’s another sound of the season: bell-ringers are standing by traditional red kettles around the state as the Salvation Army in Delaware begins its annual holiday fundraising effort.
The Salvation Army runs a number of programs, maintains a food pantry for needy citizens, offers emergency shelter, responds to emergencies and conducts holiday toy drives as well.
