Pennsylvania’s slow population growth over the past decade (three percent compared with the national rate of 9.7 percent) means we’re going to lose a congressional district. Politics PA reports that given the political landscape and population trends, Philadelphia’s own 2nd congressional district could be on the chopping block, though it’s not the most likely candidate.
