Claymont Fire Dept. honors its fire responders

The Claymont Fire Department is celebrating its top 10 call responders of the year.

There were 267 fire calls for the volunteer fire company.  Wally Hudson responded 229 times to earn first place honors.  Rounding out the top 10 were:  Dylan Chambers with 227 alarms, Alex Carrow in 3rd place with 218 alarms,  4th place was Roland Timmons with 209 alarms, 5th place Jeff Lightcap with 207 alarms, Mike Harrington, Jeff Hurlock, Vernon Berghorn, Steve Hudson round out the list with David Carroll and Sarah Davis finishing in a tie for 10th.
