Boardwalk stroll raises money for Camden-based Ronald McDonald House

The Ronald McDonald House of Southern New Jersey is based in Camden, but its impact is felt down the Shore.Which is why Morey’s Piers will again host the annual “Walk on the Wildside” in Wildwood to raise money for the organization that provides a home for sick children and their families.

If you’re on the boards at 11 a.m., make way for the walkers. After registration and breakfast at 10, they’ll walk from Fox Park up to the Boardwalk convention center, and then on to Mariner’s Landing. And if you’re one of the Wildside walkers, remember the first 400 walkers who make $50 or more in pledges will get free passes to Morey’s Piers and its water parks for today.
