Accident on Route 18 southbound in Colts Neck shutters right lane
Police have closed the right lane on Route 18 southbound in Colts Neck following a motor vehicle accident involving an overturned vehicle with injuries.
As of 3:50 p.m., emergency services units are on the scene, where a pickup truck has overturned in the woods, according to Monmouth County Police, Fire, and EMS on Facebook.
The incident occurred just to the east of Exit 19 (Route 34) on the highway.
Delays are building, according to Google Traffic.

UPDATE: At 4:45 p.m., units are clearing the scene, and traffic is easing. Multiple victims have been transported to Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune (conditions unknown).
