The annual Collingswood Crafts and Fine Arts Festival returns to Haddon Ave. this weekend, Aug 20-21, 2016.
For two days, more than 140 juried artists and crafters will line the avenue in tents, selling handmade items from furniture and heirloom toys to blown glass and jewelry.
Several locations along the avenue will feature live music such as Philadelphia’s world music ensemble, Jaffna, jazz music from “Reverend” Chris Marshall, the Ben Turner Trio and the New Jersey Conservatory of Music, as well as pop hits covered by She Hates Me and Stolen Moments.
Kid-friendly activities can be found through-out the festival and include face painting, sand art, ceramic tile painting, make and take crafts, plus brain-games. Ronald McDonald is also scheduled to appear on Saturday morning.
Pets are welcome to join the fun and to check-out the vendors selling specialty pet goodies.
Parking is available at the PATCO Speedily lot (Atlantic Ave.).
Saturday, Aug. 20 and Sunday, Aug. 21, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (rain or shine) – Haddon Ave., Collingswood, NJ
