LGBTQ Pride

Oscar Wilde gave us all some sage advice when he said, "Be yourself. Everyone else is already taken."

Unlike the path of worship and scripture and virtues, my journey in sexuality has no separate and distinct start and finish. They are the same.

Some people even say that if you identify as bisexual, like me, you really shouldn't have any obstacles in finding a partner, because you just have so many options. 

The road to transition for the transgender person can be long and hard with many ups and downs. It’s too easy after one or two bruising encounters to tend to assume the worst.

Traditionally, you are supposed to learn from your older siblings. However, sometimes, learning goes in the other direction.

I'd graduated from high school in a small town two hours north of New York City, and had decided that musical theater was my passion. It wasn't.
