It’s tough to pin down just how much catcalling happens in Philadelphia and elsewhere, but Anna Orso, a reporter for Billy Penn, gathered plenty of anecdotal evidence in her recent article “Street harassment in Philly: Unsafe, Uncomfortable and Untracked.”

She spoke with NewsWorks Tonight’s Shai Ben-Yaacov to shed light on how pervasive the phenomenon is in the area, and why it is difficult to get hard data on these incidents.
