Facebook Contest Rules
What do I need to provide in order to win?
Entrants must provide their name, address, email address and phone number. Incomplete entries will not be eligible to win.
How many entries are permitted per person?
One entry per household is allowed.
How many total entries will be allowed? What are the odds of winning?
The odds of winning one or more prizes will depend on the number of entrants. We will not set a limit on the total number of entries allowed.
How will the winner be selected?
The winners will be selected by random on site at WHYY Studios in Philadelphia. We will notify the winner directly.
How will the winner be notified?
WHYY will make reasonable efforts to notify the winner using the information provided on the winning entry form. If the prize must be physically mailed and is returned due to an undeliverable mailing address, WHYY may, at its option, award another person the prize. WHYY will not award a prize if the winner (a) was ineligible to participate, (b) provided materially false or misleading information to WHYY, or (c) if participating or receiving a prize is prohibited with respect to such person pursuant to these Rules or Applicable Law.
Why are you collecting so much personal information? Isn’t email address enough?
We want to make sure we can get in touch with the winner.
Who is eligible to enter?
To be eligible to enter, you must (a) be at least 18 years old at the time of entry, (b) be a U.S. resident physically residing in the United States or District of Columbia, and (c) not be precluded by Applicable Law from holding participating.
WHYY employees, board members and their households may not enter and are not eligible to win a prize.

What happens to my email address once I enter?
Your email address will be added to WHYY’s email list and subject to the WHYY Privacy Policy. If you were automatically entered by subscribing to a specific e-newsletter, you will begin receiving that newsletter within 2 weeks. All newsletters are free and subscribers may unsubscribe from the WHYY email list at any time.
