We talk with Pennsylvania gubernatorial candidate Paul Mango. As school districts in the Philadelphia suburbs try to catch non-residents attending their schools, many are enlisting outside help, such as private investigators.  Kids being treated at CHOP are partnering with Drexel University film and animation students to put on an animation film festival. The ACLU is suing SEPTA for banning ads about housing discrimination. We hear a scene from a play at the National Constitution Center showing both sides to Bill of Rights issues.
