A Philadelphia judge has sentenced two brothers to life in prison without parole for fatally shooting a police officer in 2015. Two Congressmen who represent the Philadelphia suburbs are teaming up to demand the EPA and Department of Defense do more to help residents who drank water contaminated by firefighting foams at military installations.
