Philadelphia City Council is scheduled to vote on a bill that could prohibit beer delis from selling alcohol from behind bulletproof glass. A new study identifies health problems in infants, caused by fracking.  The practice of redlining — discrimination in homeowner lending — has negative effects on Philadelphia neighborhoods decades later.
