New sense of freedom
We’ll go through some of the big winners from the Delaware primary on this program, and what we might see in the final weeks until November. Voter turnout was around 20%. For one group of voters it was an amazing day. They were thankful for the right to cast a ballot. It’s all because of new law passed this summer which gives some ex-offenders a new sense of freedom. Here’s our First Look.
