We begin the show by discussing yesterday’s attacks in Brussels and its implications. We’ll be joined by the Philadelphia Inquirer’s TRUDY RUBIN in Paris to get her take. . Then, will Governor Wolf and the state legislature ever agree on this budget?  It’s been an eight month back-and-forth, and there is still no spending plan for the state.  Today on Radio Times, we discuss the latest in the political battle in Harrisburg and its effect on state agencies.  We’ll get an update from MARC LEVY, Pennsylvania State House reporter for the Associated Press. Then, we’ll turn to the PA court system with BEN SEAL, a reporter at The Legal Intelligencer covering Pennsylvania’s state courts, to get perspective on Justice Michael Eakin who faced charges of ethics violations and recently announced his resignation from the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
