As the warm weather is waning, artfully inked arms of people with varied backgrounds clean our teeth, land our plans on time and negotiate our loans. Our guest, Philly tattoo artist TIM PANGBURN, says most neck and hand tattoos are job killers, as he spends a lot of his time as a ‘cover-up’ artist, removing tattoos from clients who made poor decisions. HR consultant, LAURIE RUETTIMANN says as much as companies want to embrace diversity, it’s not reflected in the hiring of potential candidates with face and neck tattoos.
