Philadelphia Israeli restaurant Zahav was given the James Beard award for best restaurant in the U.S., and the restauranteurs MICHAEL SOLOMONOV and STEVE COOK joined us to talk about winning the award, and their recent trip to Israel. Atlantic City is home to the Boardwalk Hall Auditorium Organ – the biggest instrument in the world. We’ll hear from the Organ restoration committee’s NATHAN BRYSON about the history, and the future of the AC’s musical marvel.
