Zoning Code Commission report not ready for Cty Council
Philadelphia’s Zoning Code Commission won’t be sending its report to City Council as planned. Elections and a busy schedule are keeping council busy, and some ZCC members’ requests for improvements led to a mutual decision by the two groups to delay the review.
As Plan Philly reports, the new timeline could postpone the review and approval process until the fall.
