Wit or Witout wins Atlantic City cheesesteak competition
Nicole DiZio, owner of Wit or Witout cheesesteaks, has been crowned a champion.
DiZio won the Guy Fieri Cheesesteak Battle in Atlantic City last week after she and cheesesteak chefs from PYT Philly, Sack O’ Subs, Bradley’s Steaks & Hoagies and Tony Boloney went head to head in a contest.
Chef and TV personaly Guy Fieri hosted the contest, which let guests sample a variety of steaks from the five shops.
DiZio says Wit or Witout, which has locations on Frankford Avenue and Red Lion Road and in Brookehaven, has plans to open 11 more locations before the end of the year.
