Wilmington Rotary hosts Mayoral candidate forum
Wilmington Rotary Club members will hear from the five Democratic candidates running for Wilmington mayor this afternoon.
The club will present a moderated discussion among Robert Bovell, Kevin Kelley, William Montgomery, Scott Spencer, and Dennis Williams. The candidates are vying for their party’s nomination to replace fellow Democrat Mayor James Baker, who is legally prohibited from running for a fourth term in office.
