Shannon McDonaldWe are looking…. I am looking for writers to work for NEastPhilly.com, the online home of NEast Magazine. The goal is to launch a print publication by Fall 2009, to be published quarterly.
Writers would work as unpaid interns, gaining expeience in blogging, editing and writing bylined features. Topics vary from news to entertainment, crime to gossip. The focus is local news for the niche audience of Northeast Philadelphia. Those who work with NEastPhilly.com may have a future with NEast Magazine’s glossy print product.
Employees should be dedicated and interested in the content. Experience and connection to the Northeast are preferred, but not required.
