Visitors accomplish feats of clay at Old City studio

The Clay Studio in Philadelphia’s Old City offered First Friday visitors a chance to work on the potter’s wheel.

With the help of the studio’s teaching artists, potters of all ages created cups, plates and bowls Friday night outside the studio on North Second Street.

The free event was part of the PNC Arts Alive-funded series, Hands On Clay.
