Vacant Franklin Mills restaurant up in flames
The old Chi-Chis restaurant in Franklin Mills caught fire early last night. Firefighters were called to Franklin Mills Circle around 6 p.m. after the vacant building caught fire.As of 6:30 p.m., a second alarm had been called. No injuries were reported.
