Trans fat up for a vote in Dover

State Senators are set to debate a measure that would prohibit schools from serving foods containing industrial produced trans fats to students.  
State House members approved the bill in March.  The legislation would ban foods containing vegetable shortening, margarine, or any partially hydrogenated vegetable oil, unless the trans fat content is listed as zero grams of trans fat per serving.
