Top 50 photos of 2013 in NW Philadelphia [1-10]

Today, we reached the Top 10 Photos of the Year in Northwest Philadelphia, as unscientifically selected by NewsWorks editors.

In this group, we have young greeters at a “Gospel Meets Jazz” event, scenes from after a police chase, a portrait shot inside an old-school barber shop, a building-collapse hero from Chestnut Hill, the MLK Cougars celebrating after winning the school’s first-ever Public League football championship, a candid moment with Ben Franklin, fire meeting ice in Manayunk, a boxing prodigy, scenes from the last-ever Germantown High School graduation and a Vernon Park memorial.

We hope you enjoyed the Top 50 photos countdown. Do let us know if we missed any shots from 2013 that you particularly liked.
