Three injured on Storybook Land amusement ride
The name of an Egg Harbor Township amusement park took on an unfortunate tone of irony Sunday when three people were injured on a ride.
Storybook Land has shut down its Big Truck Ride while the incident is investigated.
The Press of Atlantic City reports two adults and a 1-year-old boy were treated for injuries after they fell two and a half feet when the cart they were in fell off the track during a ride.
The ride won’t reopen until New Jersey’s Department of Community Affairs completes its investigation.
